Bryan Brenner, CEO and Founder of FirstPerson, has always been driven to help organizations of all sizes care for their employees in more purposeful, efficient, and effective ways. With this in mind, he’s built FirstPerson on the commitment to design meaningful employment experiences. It’s his entrepreneurial spirit that will continue to make FirstPerson a market leader in impacting people strategies.
With two decades of experience as an entrepreneur, community leader, and nonprofit supporter, Bryan has a long history of putting people first. It has always been his goal to help create a world where all organizations put people first. He is passionate about designing unique benefit and employee engagement strategies to meet a wide variety of client needs and finds success in knowing that when he works with a client, their goals, needs, and dreams becomes his top priorities.
In the community, Bryan dedicates time to charitable work by serving on several boards including the Butler University Board of Trustees and the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra.
Bryan is also a huge “Dawgs” fan, graduating cum laude from Butler University with degrees in public/corporate communications and journalism. He has also earned the designation Registered Employee Benefits Consultant (REBC) from American College, Bryn Mawr, PA.
Bryan met his wife, Elaine, at Butler University. They have four children—Caroline, Grace, John Michael, and Lily. In his spare time, Bryan enjoys spending time with his family, cheering on the Butler Bulldogs at basketball games, attending musical and theatrical performances, and supporting his children in their activities.
