At FirstPerson, Tricia is responsible for assisting the Advisor and Account Executive through the renewal and midyear process. Specifically, she handles marketing of the plans, production of spreads, and vendor negotiation. Tricia also assists with the financial analysis of new business, and works with the team to manage all vendor relationships to ensure that we get quality outcomes for our clients.
She began her career as a bilingual customer service representative for a local third party administrator – later becoming a plan document specialist. Her experience not only gave her insight into writing plan documents, but also provided her with the knowledge to create solid outcomes for clients.
Tricia is married and a mother of two. She is passionate about spending time with her family and also enjoys outdoor activities such as running, kayaking, hiking, and swimming. Tricia also spends some time volunteering during sporting events at her sons’ schools.
Tricia is a licensed agent and a member of the Indianapolis Association of Health Underwriters. She majored in mathematics and elementary education at S.U.N.Y. Old Westbury.
