As Account Manager, Tami is a primary contact for our clients – serving as a project manager, coordinator and time keeper. She also acts as an extension of the Account Executive team, managing the plan lifecycle, developing employee plan communications, and coordinating details with carriers.
Tami joins FirstPerson with more than 17 years of health care experience. She began her career as a claims analyst for Health Care Administrators which was later acquired by Arnett Health Plans, and then acquired by UnitedHealthcare. During these acquisitions, Tami occupied a variety of positions allowing her to work with both providers and clients. She is happiest when she is building relationships with clients, which is what led her to join the FirstPerson team.
Tami enjoys sponsoring local summer recreation leagues which her husband coaches. They both look forward to spending their summers at the baseball and softball fields.
Tami received her Associates degree in Office Administration at Ivy Tech Community College.
