Spencer Milus, RN, joins the FirstPerson team as a Consultant, specifically on developing health and productivity strategies and solutions with customers. She comes to our firm with a deep background ranging in employer worksite programs, health promotion, disease management, workers compensation care as well as clinical experiences in both mental health nursing and intensive care nursing.
Most recently Spencer Milus was the Executive Director of Sales for INFINITY Employer Health Solutions, a Community Health Network product. Prior to her stent with Community, Spencer held a number of positions at Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield - Manager of the National Intake Precertification call center to Specialty Care Management Program Director assisting regional sales departments in communicating the Anthem health care management story. She is the chair of the City of Lawrence Pioneering Healthier Communities Employer Wellness Committee as well as a Co-chair of the Indiana Workplace Wellness Initiative, Governor Mitch Daniel's workplace wellness committee affiliated with INShape Indiana. Spencer Milus, RN graduated with honors with a nursing degree from St. Elizabeth Hospital School of Nursing (Lafayette, IN), affiliated with St. Joseph College. She is a Registered Nurse licensed in the State of Indiana and also a licensed health and life producer in the State of Indiana. Spencer is married, has 2 small children and enjoys spending family time at home on her horse farm. |
