In his role, Nick oversees the Account Management team, which is responsible for most client projects – including client service, implementation, communication, and wellness. Nick’s team is the face of FirstPerson for many of our customers when they seek assistance or support.
Nick brings more than six years of experience in employee benefits, including claims processing, benefit administration, and customer service. Prior to joining FirstPerson, Nick was a Medicare refund investigator for Wellpoint/Administar Federal and a claims analyst for JF Molloy/Principal Financial. His strong service background has provided him with the necessary skills to quickly identify, comprehend, and communicate our clients’ needs.
Nick is also passionate about his family, which includes his wife, Wendy, and his two daughters, Emme and Olivia. He also supports many charitable activities, such as the Gibraltar Home for Boys in Shelbyville. Nick also spends time outdoors—exercising and enjoying life!
He received his bachelor’s degree from Indiana University and also holds his Certificate in Benefit Plan Administration from the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans (IFEBP).
