As Client Operations Assistant, Monica serves as internal support for the FirstPerson team. She works primarily with Account Executives to prepare agendas, set up renewal timelines and checklists, and manage internal scheduling. Additionally, she assists Account Managers by obtaining new plan policies and certificates, managing internal files, and updating the internal information management system.
In the past, Monica has held many different roles in assisting clients with their benefit needs. From her experience, she has gained a deep understanding of our insurance partners and their plans, which allows her to better assist our team on a variety of projects.
Monica enjoys spending time with her twin girls, working on crafts, playing golf, walking, and playing board games.
Monica graduated magna cum laude from Indiana University with a degree in education. She also holds an Indiana Life & Health insurance license.
