As Account Executive, Mike coordinates and communicates plan details to provide seamless communication among carriers, employers, and employees. He serves FirstPerson’s clients alongside the lead advisors and client service team.
Mike has more than 10 years of progressive human resources management experience within the public and private sectors. For the past six years, he has worked for the State of Indiana in various human resource management roles, most recently as the Human Resources Director for the Indiana Bureau of Motor Vehicles where he oversaw all human resources and employee development functions. Mike’s experience as an HR professional has allowed him to better understand the needs of our clients and how we can best serve them.
Mike enjoys spending his free time with his wife and two children. He also enjoys running and other outdoor activities.
Mike has a BS in Psychology from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He is currently pursuing his MBA at the Indiana University Kelley School of Business, and expects to graduate in May 2013.
