As Director, Analytics, Michael oversees the Analytics team to serve FirstPerson clients through internal and external support of marketing renewal plans, analyzing vendor options, and providing suggestions regarding plan offerings.
Previously, Michael worked as the Benefits Sales and Service Manager at Shepherd Insurance, overseeing a department of six employee benefits specialists. He more recently served as Client Sales Executive at Hylant Group. In these roles, Michael gained invaluable management experience which he brings to the FirstPerson team.
Michael is an avid sports fan and cheers on the Indianapolis Colts each season. Michael and his wife also enjoy spending time at their family’s lake house in Brown County.
Michael attended Ball State University and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in business management.
