Martha prepares and analyzes FirstPerson’s financial data, including detailed follow-up and reporting, by performing various accounting functions for the company. She also provides recommendations for existing and proposed financial policies. A key value Martha provides to the organization is consistent alignment of day-to-day operations with FirstPerson’s established financial platform.
Prior to joining FirstPerson, Martha served as the Accounting Manager at 316 Investments, LLC, which is a franchisee of the Qdoba Mexican Grill restaurant chain. She also has experience as the Accounting Manager for the Indianapolis Motor Speedway.
Martha is passionate about travel and wellness, enjoys reading, and spends her free time with her two children.
Martha has a BS degree in accounting from Indiana University, and is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
