Leslie Parker

Leslie is responsible for creating employee communication materials, designing benefit plans, reviewing carrier documentation, and implementing new programs. She also operates as the primary contact for the day-to-day needs of employer benefit administration teams.

Prior to FirstPerson, Leslie worked in the Tax and Treasury Department as a Financial Analyst for Epiq Systems, Inc., a legal services firm located in Beaverton, Oregon.  Leslie’s customer relations experience in the financial services industry gave her the know-how to effectively communicate with our clients and provide them with superior support.

In her spare time, you can find Leslie traveling and spending time with family and friends.  She also enjoys solving crossword puzzles and pursuing her interest in history.
 
Leslie earned her MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and her BS from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point, majoring in business administration and economics, with a minor in political science.  She also holds her Life and Health License.
