Laura leads the Client Operations team that consists of Account Executives, Account Managers, and Analytics. She works to develop customer-focused best practices, operational efficiencies, and the products, support, and resources that will take our service model to the next level. Her goal is to provide best-in-class outcomes for our clients.
Prior to joining FirstPerson, Laura facilitated onsite health screenings as a Health Screening Specialist at Principal Wellness Company. From there, she transitioned into a Health Coach and helped individuals set personal health goals and create action plans. Through her experience as an Account Executive with Principal Wellness, Laura recognized her interest in building strategies, setting goals, and seeing those goals through to completion—at both the individual and group levels.
Laura is passionate about spending time with her husband and two daughters and volunteering at her church. Her favorite time of year is summer because she is able to spend time in her hometown on the lake and enjoy outdoor sports.
Laura is a graduate of Purdue University with a double major in Dietetics and Nutrition/Fitness/Health.
