Kim is responsible for creating employee communication materials, designing benefit plans, reviewing carrier documentation, and implementing new programs. She also operates as the primary contact for the day-to-day needs of employer benefit administration teams.
She brings more than 25 years of industry knowledge to the company. Prior to FirstPerson, Kim worked at JF Molloy and Associates and Aetna. In her various roles, Kim has gained a complete picture of the client-advisor relationship. She understands our clients’ needs and how we can make our relationship successful.
Kim is the chairperson of the Membership Care Committee at her church and also sings in the choir. Some of Kim’s hobbies include cooking, reading, riding her motorcycle, and spending time with her family.
She attended Indiana University-Purdue University in Indianapolis, majoring in allied health services. Kim is also licensed in the state of Indiana as a producer in life, accident, and health insurance.
