Kim serves as the employee and retiree advocate for the Schurz Communications, Inc. CARE Line call center. She assists the Schurz employees and retirees with their benefit questions and concerns.
Before joining the First Person team, Kim worked for the Hoosier Times Inc., newspaper and print properties, as the Benefit Coordinator. The Hoosier Times is owned by Schurz Communications, Inc., which helped Kim gain the necessary knowledge and insight to create and implement the Schurz CARE Line as part of FirstPerson. She also brings more than 16 years of human resources and benefit experience.
Kim’s family is most important to her, and she spends much of her free time attending her grandchildren’s sporting events and other activities. She also enjoys gardening in the spring and summer months.
