As Product Specialist, Kelly works closely with client-focused team members to gauge market needs for new product concepts. Kelly develops these new ideas into product offerings, which includes process development, design, implementation, and marketing. She also works with several clients to develop customized, ongoing employee communication platforms.
Kelly began her career at FirstPerson as the Director of First Impressions. As a result of her passion for design and aesthetics, Kelly transitioned to the Product Development team where she is able to use her skills and interests to create innovative product solutions.
Kelly enjoys shopping (her favorite store is Anthropologie), listening to her vinyl collection, and collecting bird cages. Kelly is also a huge Harry Potter fan, and indulges in sci-fi books and movies whenever she gets the chance.
Kelly graduated from Ball State University with a BS in sociology and a minor in counseling psychology.
