As an Account Executive, Helene works alongside the lead advisors and client service team, primarily focusing on the small/mid-market clients. She is responsible for coordinating and communicating plan details among carriers, clients, and their employees. Helene brings outstanding organizational skills and customer service proficiency to the account management team.
Helene joined FirstPerson through the merger with Benefit Consultants, where she began working closely with Russ Stuart in 1985. With more than 25 years of experience in employee benefits and COBRA administration, Helene provides a wealth of knowledge to both internal and external customers. In addition to her Account Executive duties, Helene continues to support Russ in servicing his clients.
Helene was born in Allentown, PA, but has lived most of her life in Indianapolis. She and her husband enjoy spending time with their two children. They also volunteer at various school and church activities.
Helene is currently working to earn her insurance license for the state of Indiana.
