Dianne’s primary role at FirstPerson is documentation management and internal auditing. She processes and services individual products, and provides support for various ongoing projects. Dianne also assists with small group clients, several of which she serves as the Account Manager.
Dianne brings more than 20 years of client service and industry knowledge to FirstPerson, including experience at UnumProvident. In her role there, she worked with individual disability and life products, was responsible for new business enrollment materials, and serviced existing business, among other functions. Dianne has also worked for Merrill Lynch as an insurance account manager and with Monarch Insurance Company.
In her spare time, Dianne enjoys being with her family, volunteering at her church, and playing with and walking her dog, Cali. She is also dedicated to advocating against the stigma of mental health.
Dianne has more than 30 years of experience in the insurance industry.
