| Dan serves as President at FirstPerson, supporting the vision by building scalable infrastructure and developing the firm’s technology to leverage customer service. He also works to integrate the team’s ideas in support of a common goal. Dan has more than 25 years of experience managing and leading growing businesses. Prior to FirstPerson, he served as Vice President of Finance at Warren Trucking, where he led a five-entity merger to form WorldWide Logistics. Following the merger, Dan served as President and CFO to the newly formed company. Through his experience, Dan has developed exceptional strengths in strategic planning, IT strategies, and team building.
He has many interests, including the study of philosophy and behavioral psychology. He also enjoys hiking, fly fishing, and running in his spare time.
A graduate of Appalachian State University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, Dan is also a Certified Public Accountant. In addition to formal education, he has received extensive business training abroad.
