Chris advises executives with their estate and business succession plans as well as individual lines of coverage. His approach is to understand his client’s story and background to identify the ideal plan strategy. Chris also leads the FirstPerson Advisor team to reach new business and client retention goals each year.
Prior to FirstPerson, he spent nine years in college ministry – serving as the Indiana State Director, where he oversaw more than 66 colleges and universities. Additionally, Chris provided leadership to the fraternity and sororities for the MAC and Big Ten Schools of Indiana, Illinois, Ohio and Michigan.
In his free time, Chris co-chairs the Development Board at Cathedral High School, where he established the Lisa Ford Tuition Assistance Grant. He enjoys reading, spending time with his wife and two daughters, and is also an avid Purdue football and basketball fan.
Chris is a graduate of Butler University with a Bachelor’s degree in education. He also earned his MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University. Chris is licensed to sell long-term care (partnership and non-partnership) in addition to life and disability, and is certified in the Hogan Leadership Assessment.
