As the Director of Product Development, Carrie and her team shape new products and services into deliverable offerings. Carrie helps to identify innovative ideas within FirstPerson, and then works to create a structured process for realizing and implementing those ideas.
In Carrie’s previous position at FirstPerson, she was responsible for the delivery of client benefit plans to employees through customized communication materials and enrollment education meetings. Prior to that, Carrie served as an Account Manager for WebMD Health Services, providing support in the design and development of health promotion programs and activities for clientele to effectively meet health promotion needs.
In her free time, Carrie enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She also plays volleyball and participates in 5K races.
Carrie holds a Master of Science degree in public health, with an emphasis in community health education from the University of Illinois Urbana Champaign. She received her undergraduate degree in health studies at Eastern Illinois University and is also a Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES).
