Bryan is the founder and CEO of FirstPerson and also serves as an advisor to clients. His entrepreneurial spirit is the driving force behind FirstPerson.
With more than 15 years of experience in the industry, he is passionate about designing unique health care strategies to meet a wide variety of client needs. Bryan has built FirstPerson to center around four core values: customer focus, tenacity, trust, and contribution. He maintains a constant pulse in the industry by researching and studying benefit trends.
In the community, Bryan dedicates time to charitable work by serving on the board at The Oaks Academy, which is an inner city school dedicated to preparing children of all backgrounds for secondary education. He serves on the board for Aspire Indiana (previously BehaviorCorp), a behavioral health organization. Bryan is also on the Board of Visitors for Butler’s College of Business.
Bryan currently serves on the Advisory Board for UnitedHealthcare of Indiana, as well as the National Advisory Board of Directors for NFP Benefits – an NYSE corporate benefit aggregator, of which FirstPerson is a member firm.
Not only is Bryan a dedicated “Dawgs” fan, he graduated cum laude from Butler University with degrees in public/corporate communications and journalism, with a concentration in public relations. He has also earned the designation Registered Employee Benefits Consultant (REBC) from American College, Bryn Mawr, PA.
