Bridget leads the Marketing and Product Development department. Within the department, she maintains two teams: the Marketing team is responsible for the overall brand messaging and marketing efforts; and, the Product Development team turns new ideas into service solutions for FirstPerson customers. She is also an integral member of the leadership team, striving to continuously deliver creative and innovative products to our client base.
Prior to joining FirstPerson, Bridget worked for various third-party administrators in the Indianapolis area where she specialized in claims review and customer satisfaction, including six years with Intercontinental Corporation, a worldwide travel insurance plan administrator. Bridget served many roles there, from provider relations coordinator to customer service supervisor.
Bridget is passionate about learning. She enjoys applying her leadership skills and visionary mindset outside of FirstPerson to help people and organizations further their development. This includes her role on the Zoe’s Bone Marrow Buddies board and pro-bono consultative work for other non-profit organizations looking to grow their footprint.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a focus in marketing from Marian University. Bridget is currently enrolled at Indiana Wesleyan University in the Masters of Arts in Organizational Leadership program.
