As the Marketing Manager, Ayrika is responsible for FirstPerson brand messaging and delivering the marketing strategy. She uses her graphic design talents to position the FirstPerson brand in the media. She also oversees FirstPerson events and sponsorships. Passionate about words and grammar, she loves to use her red pen to edit communication pieces and presentations.
Ayrika has worked as a freelance designer and editor for the past 12 years, assisting clients in various industries. Prior to freelancing, she worked for the College of American Pathologists and Macmillan Publishing where she gained experience executing communication projects from start to finish.
Outside of work, Ayrika can usually be found at the hockey rink cheering on her two sons. In the community, she uses her passion for graphic design to support Zoë’s Bone Marrow Buddies; Indianapolis Racers Travel Association; Mohawk Trails Elementary; and most recently, Outreach, Inc.
Ayrika received her BA from Indiana University Bloomington with a double major in journalism and Spanish. She is a fluent Spanish speaker.
