Andrew works alongside small business owners to design a strategic plan for their company’s benefit platform. This includes finding options that work not only for the bottom line of the company, but fit the culture and the employees. To do this, Andrew conducts benefit and financial analyses on employer plans, coordinates and negotiates with vendor partners, and prepares client deliverables.
Before joining FirstPerson, Andrew worked with Associated Banc-Corp as a business analyst on the corporate support team. He gained experience with how to present budgets and forecasts to different people with various methods.
In the community, Andrew is an active volunteer at Carmel Lutheran Church, where he teaches Sunday school and serves on the spiritual care ministry team. He spends his time away from work with his wife Amanda and miniature schnauzer Hugo. He is a dedicated Wisconsin sports fan—if the team is from Wisconsin, he is cheering for them!
He graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay with a BA in business administration and an emphasis in finance. He also maintains health and life and long-term care licenses.
