On August 23, 2010, Anthem.com will be reinvented!
The website has been redesigned with a new look and is set up for easier navigation so members can get simple answers to everyday questions, become more aware of their health care options, and find the resources they need to live healthier lives - all in a few clicks.
What do you need to know?
FOR MEMBERS
- All Anthem online members will need to re-register to access their online accounts. They can still use the same username and password, but will have to fill in their personal information again. Once they've registered, they will have instant access to their personal claims history and benefit information.
- When logged in, members will still have secure access to their health benefits information, as well as an immediate look at their benefits and coverage.
FOR EMPLOYERS
- If you are using the EmployerAccess website, the new member website will change the way you access it. In order to access the employer site, you will need to click on the appropriate link on the bottom right-hand corner of the www.anthem.com website.
- If you have bookmarked the login page for EmployerAccess, you will see a new message that redirects members to register. As an employer, you should disregard that redirect unless you are attempting to sign in as a member.
