Innoviant transitions to Prescription Solutions

UMR's pharmacy benefit administrator is changing names!

UMR currently uses Innoviant as their pharmacy benefit administrator. Effective November 19, 2010, Innoviant's name will change to Prescription Solutions. A formal notification of this change will be sent to you from your UMR representative on October 7, 2010 with more details.



What do you need to know?


FOR MEMBERS

  • ID Cards
    • For employees who already have their ID card: Employees will continue to use the same ID card at the pharmacy.
    • For new enrollees effective November 19, 2010 and going forward: Employees will receive and ID card with the new Prescription Solutions' logo in place of the Innoviant logo.
  • Mail Order Prescriptions
    • Before November 19, 2010, Innoviant Mail Pharmacy will transfer a file to Prescription Solutions with all open refills remaining for employees.
    • Mail Order Members will receive a confirmation in the mail that their prescription refills have been successfully transferred to Prescription Solutions.
    • Effective November 19, 2010, Mail Order Members will need to use the Prescription Solutions' Mail Order Form for refills and new prescriptions. A copy of this new form will be mailed to all Mail Order Members who utilized the Innoviant Mail Order within the past 12 months.
