HSA Owners: Mellon Bank Fees Increasing

Effective September 2010, ACS|BNY Mellon HSA Solution (a.k.a. Mellon Bank) will begin to charge HSA account holders
$0.75 per paper HSA statement generated. After inquiring, Mellon indicated that the change is in an effort to go green, protect the environment, and reduce the amount of printed materials generated.
Account holders will receive communication about these fees via home mailings and emails. If you are interested in communicating this to your employees, however, please use this communication piece and personalize to your company information.
Accountholders may turn off the paper statements by following these simple steps:
- Log on to www.hsamember.com
- Select "Update Account Profile" on the left side of the screen
- Click "Edit" under "Your Statement Delivery Option"
- Click on "Agree" to acknowledge and accept the terms
