In the midst of flu season, think about spreading health, rather than germs. Simple wellness-related conversations among co-workers can passively create a healthier environment.

It can be as easy as recommending a new restaurant with low calorie menu options, or sharing stories about the office dodgeball team. Behavior can be contagious: having a positive impact on overall well-being. Peer influence and support can be very powerful.

Sun day's Wall Street Journal featured an article highlighting how wellness programs have found ways t o get creative to improve employee health. Many of our customers are doing just that - starting programs that track points and offer additional incentives beyond just a health screening! We've found that getting creative can be a great way to engage employees and liven up a traditional wellness program.
